Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded hospice care charity providing care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life limiting illnesses and their families. Offering 24/7 hospice at home support and family support services through their day services they give thousands of patients the choice to stay home with their family and friends. It’s important work and, to make it all happen, they need talented and passionate people.

They are currently seeking an IT professional to own and manage their 365 and Sharepoint systems.

The Role

The Change Manager role will take on the training and support of Office 365, SharePoint and MS Teams, simplifying IT involvement, the flow of information and the utilisation of tools and features to ensure that nurses and staff can focus on what matters most.


Build upon the current implementation of MS 365 SharePoint, One Drive and MS Teams.
Maintain, develop and build buy-in for the existing 365 roadmap to maximise the benefits of the suite.
Embed functionality already delivered and introduce new functionality.
Increase understanding and adoption of SharePoint and MS Teams across the charity through communication, user training, workshops and supporting materials.

The Candidate

As 365 & SharePoint Change Manager you’ll be an enthusiastic motivator who understands SharePoint and Office 365 but more importantly is passionate about translating that technical knowledge to non-technical staff.

You’ll have:

Strong working knowledge of MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Forms, Power Apps and Office 365 applications.
Sufficient technical understanding of 365 to develop, identify and recommend solutions.
Project management skills and experience of working on organisation wide projects.
Ability to build good working relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written forms.
Sensitivity and understanding to the needs of your team and customers, many of who may have experienced the charity’s services or be bereaved.


This role is offered on a permanent part or full-time basis seeking a minimum of c. 30 hrs/wk. A salary of up to £35k fte* is available depending on experience. The role is based in the charity’s offices in Tring & Remote with free parking available and our client is very flexible on how and where the hours are worked around your lifestyle commitments.
