Accounts / Admin Assistant – 16 hours/ 2-3 days a week (£28-£32.5k pro rated), London.Inifi are a small team with a big punch working with landlords to provide brilliant internet connectivity for office tenants. We are now hiring and looking for a bright, switched-on self-starter to work as an Accounts / Admin assistant to support the business as it grows. Reporting into the Operations Director, this is a varied and hands on role, where you will put processes in place to shape the accounting and administrative function. As part of the role, you will run credit checks, onboard new clients, manage invoicing and update the CRM as well as manage the PoS of our corporate clients. You will ideally have accounts assistant exp in Xero and a real drive and want to grow with the company as it evolves. We are looking for this person to work 16 hours a week. The hours are negotiable, it can be 2 days over 3 for the right person, but the preference is Tuesday and Thursday office based with the option to work from home on the third day depending on work pattern agreed. 2 days a week from 10am-5:00pm or open to 3 days a week 10-2pm. To start with, this person will work in town at 180 The Strand, potentially with a move to North London premises in the next 6 months. We are looking for this person to have strong interpersonal skills, good initiative, great attention to detail, and be able to follow and suggest new processes. You will be a problem solver and solution driven and be able to take responsibility and be accountable. Most of all we are looking for someone who is motivated and switched on, who wants to get stuck in, make a difference and grow with the company.
