We're looking for an experienced and highly organised administrator for this growing financial services firm in Cirencester. You will be joining a small team, in a busy and varied role.
Our client is a small financial services company founded in 2015 with the sole aim of providing quality, holistic financial advice, side by side with business professionals, individuals and families. The business grows by referrals, and they pride themselves on their friendly, client focussed and professional approach.
The role of the Practice Administrator is to work closely with the Practice Manager and Advising Partner of the business to provide excellent client service. Full role specific training will be given and training on the specific software they use. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Using specific software to create new client prospects and service these
Sending Letters of Authority to clients for signature
Liaising with providers as necessary to request information, follow up and record in Salesforce.
Onboarding clients – this includes sending onboarding emails/letters; capturing all relevant data and managing referral gifts if appropriate
Typing up client Review Letters
Keeping the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date, undertaking data cleansing when necessary
Updating LinkedIn and the website
Supporting at events from time to time
To remain up to date with training to include Anti-Money Laundering Training annually
To follow the CII PSS (Partnership Support Specialist) accreditation programme
Ordering stationery orders
Arranging confidential waste collection

The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Friendly, trustworthy, efficient, computer literate individual who has excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Able to work independently and self-manage.
A willingness to undertake training on internal systems, and the CII PSS accreditation programme (completed within working hours as part of the role).
Full training on the relevant internal systems will be provided.
Additional skills such as PA support / diary management may be helpful but not essential.
Hours: 20 hrs/week, based at the office in Cirencester.
Ideally these will be worked Monday – Thursday 10am-3pm (open to flexibility for the right person)
20 days holiday per year (pro-rated) plus 8 Bank Holidays
3-month probation period
Free parking is available in streets near the office (5-7 minute walk)
*Full time equivalent – actual salary will depend on final hours agreed.
