We're looking for an enthusiastic mortgage administrator. If you have good excel skills and some experience of the mortgage industry, this could be a lovely part-time role in a friendly team

The Company

Based close to Liverpool Street and Bank Stations, our client is a successful Mortgage and Financial Services brokerage, founded in 2001, employing 63 Financial Advisers and support administrators.

They are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a candidate who will complement the existing team and contribute to their success. In return, they offer full training, a positive work environment, career progression and will recognise and reward excellent performance.

The Role

Working closely with a Team Leader and Senior Administrator providing support to a Partner to deliver first class client experience.

– Preparing documentation for client meetings
– Updating CRM systems
– Processing mortgage and protection applications and ensuring
they are submitted within the regulated time frames and meet
compliance standards
– Client relationship management

The Candidate

– Previous mortgage administration experience – minimum of 1 year
– Excellent telephone and written communication skills
– IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
– High level of numeracy
– Responsive to demands of a client focused environment
– Excellent attention to detail
– Self-starter, able to work to deadlines and without close
supervision

Salary and Benefits

– £35k-£40k FTE* (depending on experience) pro-rated down for
part-time hours.

– c21.5 hours per week – 9am-5.15pm over 3 days per week (not
Friday). The client will also consider spreading these hours across 4
days. A standard working week is 36 hours per week.

The role is based in the office near Liverpool Street and Bank.
Annual leave – 20 days per annum, pro rata’d down for part-time hours, plus pro rata Bank Holiday entitlement, and this increases by one day for each year of service up to 25 days.

Company pension scheme is 3% from employer and 5% from the candidate.
