Overview
This Hove based independent insurance broker supplies business solutions to the health and social care sectors. They have a strong focus on providing a highly personal service to clients. They have a very supportive culture and provide thorough training for all new joiners.
The Role
As part of the support team, you will provide administration support to a number of people in the organisation;
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting into the Support Team Manager you will provide a full administrative support to all members of the business efficiencies team, existing business and new business teams.
Provide written reports and MI that the team require on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Handle incoming calls and deliver good customer service to customers and partners, answering queries or taking appropriate messages when necessary.
Work with the Marketing Executive on campaigns and marketing materials.
Attend regular meetings and provide documented minutes.
Ensure you keep up to date with all products and services.
Update the database following all customer touchpoints to ensure the company meet FCA regulations and valid data can be taken out of the system for reporting.
Complete training and development hours to support TCF principles and apply the FCA’s 6 key outcomes to your role (this includes undertaking regular training on mandatory modules covering Money Laundering, TCF etc.).
Ensure all statutory and company legislation is followed to protect clients, colleagues and business interest.
The Person
Proven experience in delivering customer services and relationship management.
Background in providing first class administrative support.
Articulate and presentable with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good level of numeracy.
Able to work co-operatively with other team members.
Ability to work under pressure.
Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook and databases.
Terms
35 hours per week (open to some reduced hours depending on experience of candidate).
The successful candidate will be required to work in the office for the 6 month probation period but may then work part remotely and part in office each week.
£22k-£24k FTE* (dependent on experience).

*Please note the salary quoted is the Full Time Annual Equivalent for 35 hours per week, and the actual salary will depend on the final hours agreed.
