Our client is a well-established distributor of medical devices to the UK and Ireland, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Area Sales Manager to join their team in London where you will be working predominantly with hospitals located within the M25.

As one of their Surgical Area Sales Managers your primary focus will be to gain access to hospitals, private clinics and win new clients. Some of the products are technical, so you’ll need to be comfortable in your ability to master them.

The rewards are extensive both financially and developmentally. In terms of bonus, the structure is such that you will earn commission on all sales from new customers and it is uncapped (£55,000 OTE). Your development and career progression will be limited only by your success.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant medical device sales experience in the surgical field ideally
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport that leads to long term relationships
  • Comfortable with technical products
  • Excellent communicator
