We are working with a training provider to help find their next Marketing Manager.

The marketing focus is lead generation and acquiring new business with B2B experience being a must.

The role is 4 or 5 days per week and is remote but you must be able to attend occasional meetings in London and they are very happy as an organisation to talk to you about how you work your hours – flexible working is part of their culture.

The salary is up to £45,000 FTE for the right candidate.

As part of the role, you will:

  • Have ownership of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, utilising a blend of marketing channels, digital (search, display, social, mobile) and email marketing
  • Manage their online presence, including the company website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create promotional material, company literature, and all digital assets.
  • Plan and execute various virtual and in-person events, including webinars and customer roundtables.
  • Design and implement targeted email nurture programs. This involves planning campaigns, creating content, segmenting audiences, scheduling and ongoing analysis to optimise engagement and conversion.
  • Write strong marketing copy for the above.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent understanding of full marketing mix
  • Strong understanding of all relevant marketing channels: digital (search, display, social, mobile) and email marketing
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Ability to write strong marketing copy/messaging
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
