Spybey Digital is a boutique digital marketing and social media agency, working with a national B2B client base across various sectors, but predominantly focused on the commercial property and retail industries. Due to an expanding client base, we’re looking to find a dedicated and experienced B2B Social Media Content Creator who can join the team and deliver unique, engaging and insightful content for clients.
This is initially a part-time freelance position (up to 24 hours per week) offered on a 12-month contract, with flexible working hours and homeworking encouraged.
The role will initially focus on organic social media content creation – with a particular focus on Reel creation – alongside paid campaign set-up, management and analysis. In time, and for the right candidate, there is also scope for responsibilities to expand to include account management.
The ideal candidate will thrive when delivering engaging content, have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of analytics and reporting to inform content and campaign decisions. They will also enjoy client engagement and be on the lookout for opportunities to support the Director in the growth of the agency.
A background in, or knowledge of, the commercial property and retail sectors is not essential, but would definitely be welcomed.
The role requires up to 24 hours a week with flexibility on how this time is split across the week around the core hours of 9.30-3 on at least two days. Whilst the role can be fully remote, the candidate must be based in the UK and ideally near to London, Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire to be able to attend monthly in-person strategy meetings and ad hoc client meetings.
