Founded in 2008, we have delivered communication workshops to dozens of companies in London and internationally, supporting them to communicate with greater impact, authenticity and kindness.
We are looking for an organised individual with excellent people skills to join our team as Business Development Executive and support the growth of the corporate branch of our business.

The role will involve all aspects of the corporate branch of our business. It is perfect for an ambitious, organised candidate who is passionate about what we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Head of Corporate with all aspects of the role
Writing/ editing corporate proposals and creating supporting packs
Assigning coaches and taking payments
Debriefing with coaches following workshops and collating participant feedback
Ensuring an excellent end-to-end experience for all our corporate clients
The person we’re looking for has/is:
A warm and positive personality
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and ready to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
A quick and efficient worker with a high attention to detail and problem solving skills
Confident using software such as Microsoft Office, GMail, Google Drive, CRM System (we use Hubspot)
High-achieving attitude, ambitious and strong work ethic
A passion for the personal development industry and a drive to learn about business
Good homeworking set up
What We offer:
Flexible working environment – 2 days a week in the office, and 2 to 3 days a week WFH.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SALARY: £30K to £34K DOE base salary pro-rated (plus performance related bonus)
HOURS: Office hours 9am to 5.30pm
ANNUAL LEAVE: 24 days per year pro-rata from the starting date + bank holidays.
