£75 – 85K + very attractive package

Fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company as their new Project Manager in their central London office.  This role will be responsible for managing an exciting £15m project that is currently at preconstruction stage, you would manage all aspects of construction of the Project through to completion including fit-out.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential, Educational and Public schemes between £10 and £30 million
• Have experience of project managing projects in its entirety from preconstruction to completion of projects
• Have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance
• Have experience managing procurement strategy
• Be able to work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks.
• Be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professional qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
• Have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction and fit-out projects.
