This market leading FTSE100 company is looking for a number of contact centre consultants. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and looking for a part-time and hybrid role, this would be a progressive company to join.

The Role

Communicating with Clients in a variety of ways depending on client preference, such as letter, email and chat.
Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to their needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and the business.
Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
Supports the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.

The Candidate

Essential

Experience working in customer service or administration, this may be in previous phone based roles but could also be in hospitality or retail.
Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure.
A strong desire to learn.
English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

Desirable

Experience working within financial services.
Experience working within pensions, estates or transfers.
A proven ability at working in a call centre environment.
Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.

Terms

Salary: £24,610 FTE* (pro-rated for part-time hours).
Minimum 16 hours per week. Ideally these will be worked between the hours of 10am-2pm as these are the busiest times of the day, however, they are open to other working patterns (starting slightly earlier or finishing later). These may be worked across 5 days, or fewer, per week.
Location: hybrid working – from the Bristol city centre offices and remotely from home.
PLEASE NOTE – There will be a requirement to be mostly office based for the training period. This will be full-time and office based for the first two weeks. It will then be office based on your agreed part-time hours for weeks 3-4. Weeks 5-12 will be office based on your agreed part-time hours but you may start to work some hybrid if you this is part of your requested working pattern (dependent on training progress).
