Content Executive

Job Purpose
As the Content Executive at everywoman/AllBright, you will be integral to producing and implementing our content strategy, aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining professional women. Your role is crucial in positioning everywoman/AllBright as a premier destination for these women, reinforcing our status as industry thought leaders.

You will be the brand’s voice, staying abreast of industry trends and insights. Through compelling content creation, you will drive both B2B and B2C growth, establishing everywoman/AllBright as the ultimate resource for professional women and businesses worldwide.

Outline of Key Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in the content team by ideating, planning, and producing content across various formats and products, including learning resources, thought leadership pieces, brand awareness materials, and event content
• Create engaging articles, quizzes, and other content formats that align with everywoman/AllBright’s tone and style
• Collaborate with the Social and Content lead to develop and execute content plans, ensuring timely delivery of engaging content pieces
• Write and edit content to meet deadlines, including briefing and coordinating necessary assets with the Design team
• Generate fresh ideas for quizzes, research pieces, articles, and video content
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to ensure content is timely, relevant, and tailored to our target audience • Perform competitor research and analysis to provide insights and ideas for maintaining a competitive edge through engaging content
• Work closely with the wider Marketing and Design teams to provide timely content assets and support joint projects and initiatives
• Manage short-term projects, including content audits and preparing content packages for new launches
• Work with Global Lead to visualise programme/workshop content using Canva for decks and workbooks

General Responsibilities:
• Undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by management
• Adhere to company practices, policies and procedures
• Ensure good communication with all colleagues, ELT and SLT

Person Specification:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a digital content environment
• Both a creative and strategic individual with lots of ideas to share, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a constant source of innovation who stays on the pulse of the competitive landscape
• Big ideas person, obsessed with creating content that engages cultivating online audiences through innovative content and innovation across multiple channels
• Strong copywriting and content production skills, high attention to detail, and an understanding of audience sentiment to create content that shapes culture and drives reach and engagement
• Ability to think outside the box when ideating content initiatives, with a focus on multidisciplinary content
• Excellent multi-tasking, organisational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple team member
• Ability to prioritise, use initiative, and perform in a fast-paced environment

Hours / Location: 9-6pm, 5 days per week, 2 based in Farringdon (a Monday and 1 other day). WFH other days
