We are looking for experienced and passionate CI support to join our Sales, Membership and Marketing team. This role will run a range of improvement projects which have a direct impact on our members and our customer experience. This role has the potential to evolve into a customer-facing role so the successful candidate will have gravitas and credibility when working with senior stakeholders in operational roles.
As a small team we often have all hands to the pump and are looking for somebody who enjoys a challenge, is willing to muck in and be flexible in the work they do. Most importantly we want somebody who is able to identify problems in the way we work, come up with and implement creative solution.
