We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with excellent people skills to join our team and support the growth of the corporate branch of the business as Corporate Client Account Manager.

Job Description

The role will involve all aspects of the corporate branch of our business with a focus on growing sales revenue from new and existing Corporate clients. It is perfect for a capable, organised individual with great people skills, who is passionate about personal development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ongoing development of our outreach and repeat business strategies with a focus on:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Securing high value corporate partnerships
  • Growth of client base via former 1:1 clients and general research and outreach
  • Maximising repeat business with existing clients
  • Ensuring we are on the preferred supplier list for companies we have already worked with
  • Supporting corporate clients and ensuring an exceptional end to end experience
  • Ensuring coaches are supported throughout the process and collating participant feedback
  • Creating proposals and supporting materials for corporate workshops

The person we’re looking for has/is:

  • A warm and positive personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and ready to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
  • A quick and efficient worker with a high attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • High-achieving attitude, ambitious and strong work ethic
  • A passion for the personal development industry and a drive to learn about business
  • Confident using software such as Microsoft Office, GMail, Google Drive, CRM System (we use Hubspot)
  • Good homeworking set up

SALARY: £30K -£36K DOE base salary prorated (plus performance related bonus and sales-based commission)

HOURS: Flexi working 3 days a week

ANNUAL LEAVE: 24 days per year pro rata from the starting date + bank holidays
