The Credit Controller will assist with credit control and provide weekly debtor reports to the Partners.
To assist with day-to-day credit control
To provide managers with an Overdue Debtors list on a weekly basis.
To liaise with Partners and the Billing and Credit Control Manager.
Assisting with client and vendor set up for new clients.
Credit control experience essential.
Confident, good eye for detail, common sense.
Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels.
Computer literacy in relevant software packages such as Xero (or other accountancy package) Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrate a commitment to the success of the Firm
Hours: 18.75-22.5 hours per week (2.5 – 3 days per week). Open to a flexible working pattern.
Initially the successful candidate will be required to work in the office (London EC2V) 3 days per week until fully trained up, after which there may be more remote working.
Benefits include; pension (5%), life assurance, permanent health insurance, health and wellbeing allowance of £300 per year, cycle to work scheme.
25 days holiday plus Bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time hours). Plus your birthday off.
Salary £30,000 FTE*
