Hours per week: 20 – 30 hours per week depending on candidate; 9:30 to 15:30. Some flexibility on hours.

Our key focus currently is our Tabcat cat tracker which is unique in pin pointing a lost cats location to within an inch.

Daily tasks:
Check and release website sales orders to warehouse
Check online warehouse system at end of day to ensure all orders pDaily tasks:

Check online warehouse system at end of day to ensure all orders processed
Invoice daily sales in accounting system
Check incoming emails from customers and respond to questions. When appropriate:
• Organise replacements
• Credits
• Generating new sales orders (FOC Replacement)
• Searching for order via warehouse track and trace online system
• Returns & Refunds
• Maintaining excel schedule of returns / replacements for stock management
• Customer service emails
• Customer service – phone responses
• Social Media – Customer Services

Weekly Tasks:
Validate stock reports at warehouse to Loc8tor system reports, investigate any differences
Bi-weekly visits to office to collect and sort any customer returns
Collating CN22 and other export / import documentation in HMRC file

Ad-hoc Tasks
Liaise with trade customers and organise shipment of goods, pro-forma invoice and tracking information from the warehouse
Follow up with DHL on any shipment issues
Maintain external warehouse representatives’ relationship
Raising claims with warehouse and logging on excel file
Shipping stock to Amazon
Organising product stock updates with warehouse (Bundles)
General Office Admin

Applicant requirements
• Customer service experience of at least 5 years
• Good working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
• Clear, friendly telephone voice. Good written English.
• Experience of working with an accounting package previously an advantage
