* Manage the office phone line, passing support enquiries regarding sales, IT and partnerships to the relevant team members.
* Build strong relationships with the marketing and support teams, through the relaying of relevant feedback from customer calls.
* Become a pivotal part of Devyce, familiarise yourself with the service, and make outbound sales-related calls to potential clients.
* Having orientated yourself with the organisation there would also be scope to potentially manage the email support, and desk staff team.
Spend a total of 32 hours a week working from home on a virtual basis, including an hour long lunch break.
Analyse and log calls, creating constructive feedback to increase performance and customer success strategies.
