WorkLife Central Ltd is an award-winning organisation offering expertise and support to over 30,000 professionals, parents and carers in corporate roles. Available online and globally accessible, we produce a busy schedule of live online events, videos, blogs and podcasts to support our members across their work, home and family lives.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong digital and video editing/production skills to join a small, dynamic team. It is a multi-faceted role that operates at the interface between our content producers, and our users. However it is not just ‘behind the scenes’ – we’re looking for someone creative who can help us expand and enhance our digital presence and who is happy to have a visible online member or client-facing role when needed. There are four main elements to the role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and uploading videos, blogs, podcasts and articles that are produced by our content team, to our website.
  • They will use their own creativity to generate content to promote our programme on a regular basis – for example, compiling a showreel of video clips that convey the breadth of what we’re offering, and producing video commercials for use on social media.
  • They will offer ad-hoc digital marketing support to the team, creating flyers and other materials to support client communications and new business.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring that our website presents content in the best possible way, is relevant and up to date, and is able to keep pace with our growth and development. The right candidate will have good experience of video production and editing, and in managing and / or creating multi-media websites. Experience of Adobe PremierPro or a similar video editing programme will be required and experience of Canva and / or Adobe InDesign would be beneficial too.Applications

Please send your CV with a covering note to louisa@worklifecentral.com by 23 September 2022. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Zoom, with follow-up interviews taking place thereafter.

At WorkLife Central we welcome everyone and aim to create an inclusive team where difference is celebrated, and all individuals feel valued and heard.
