We specialise in distribution of nail care brands which in most cases we have the sole UK distribution rights to. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketer with creative flair to further their career by helping to evolve the online marketing presence at a company with a respected and established image in the professional beauty industry.​ You will be joining an expanding in-house marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute our digital strategy across social, paid, organic and email marketing. You will be responsible for helping to create paid and organic content across all of our digital and social platforms, devising creative campaigns for our channels.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in social media with a clear understanding of online marketing and PPC. Responsible for defining, driving and developing an effective social media and PPC strategy for multiple brands, that creates maximum return on investment. Managing social media across paid and organic for all social platforms, including Facebook and Instagram and designing/ producing a range of creative content.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, optimisation and execution of paid social media, search, display and email strategy to drive customer conversion, retention and brand awareness
  • Leading on social strategy (paid and organic) and working with other team members to implement
  • Ensuring the right audience is reached for cost-effective sales and conversion
  • Working with popular PPC ad platforms, building and optimising campaigns and relevant audiences
  • Accountable for efficient spend through forecasting and budget management, using attribution techniques, ROI modelling and management of bidding
  • Delivering and presenting regular analysis and KPI reporting, as well as key learnings and opportunities
  • Be ahead of the curve on trends and platform developments
  • Track, report and analyse initiatives, campaigns performance and competitors’ movements

 Essential Traits And Skills:

  • A flair for creating and executing effective, data driven campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of social media analytics, engagement strategies and technology
  • Ability to grow and engage audiences via social media
  • Data analysis and interpretation of social media and PPC advertising
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook etc
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role – In social, digital and online marketing
  • Experience in beauty or lifestyle is preferable, but passion for beauty is a must!
