About the role;
SmartCo are a growing technology consultancy with an expanding permanent team and over 150 Associates working in partnership with us. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Director of Resource Management to head up our experienced and successful resourcing team. This role will be accountable for overall resource management across our Digital Healthcare and Infrastructure / Cloud sectors, an interesting role with plenty of scope to develop and introduce new ideas, processes and structures!
We are keen to meet engaging people who are able to communicate with our Associates in a way that ensures they feel valued. Most importantly, this role will have the opportunity to work alongside the leadership team to demonstrate the future structures which would be best for the business.
