Our HQ is in London, UK, but we’re a 100% remote working company, meaning our team works flexibly from various locations across the UK.

Opportunity:
100 Pound Social is hiring again as the team is expanding! We are looking for someone who can confidently represent our business and help potential customers understand and engage with our offering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer facing or sales background. A part-time, flexible role that will fit around other work or family commitments, and who will join a supportive team also working flexibly.

The ideal candidate will be:
● Confident speaking to potential customers via video calls
● Be proactive, take initiative, and be a fast learner
● Have an understanding of social media platforms and how they are used by small businesses
● Tech savvy and comfortable using new systems
● Be detail oriented with the ability to prioritise and multitask
● Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Type: Freelance / subcontractor position

Hours: 10-12 hours per week

Pay: £13.50 per hour / FTE £26,325

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting demo calls, guiding prospects through the decision making process until they sign up as new customers, and contributing towards developing sales strategies.

‘Enquiry Calls’
● Run 1:1 and group demo calls
● Log enquiries in the CRM, ensuring custom fields are completed for data reporting
● Set reminders to follow-up with prospects until they make a purchase decision
● Hold follow up calls where required
● Keep on top of ‘CRM admin’ to ensure the CRM stays organised and all leads have been followed up
● Check your inbox regularly and responding to emails

LinkedIn Outreach
● Manage an outreach campaign via your own LinkedIn profile Keep the LinkedIn campaign topped up
● Trial adjusting message sequences and monitor the response rate
● Check your LinkedIn inbox regularly and respond to enquiries and send a templated reply to prospects who send a generic reply to the connect request
● Log enquiries in the CRM, ensuring custom fields are completed for data reporting

Cold Email
● Manage cold email campaigns set up in your name
● Check your cold email inbox regularly and respond to enquiries to arrange calls
● Log enquiries in the CRM, ensuing custom fields are completed for data reporting

Meetings & Planning
● Join company meetings (approx 1x per month) and Growth Team meetings (approx 1x per month)
● Contribute ideas towards developing strategies and streamlining processes during meetings
