Our client is a supplier of mailing, print and fulfilment solutions across many industry sectors including publishing, charities, retail and local authorities. Founded in 1987, with a turnover of £3 million, they are a team of 30 people.
Summary of the Role
Following recent expansion with a new digital colour machine and additional envelope enclosing line, they are now looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate may come from a Telesales, Sales, Retail or Customer Service background and will have the confidence to make outbound calls to business and organisations that require mailing services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Targeting lapsed clients and new prospects, using a telesales module and additional leads provided by the company
Generating appointments for the Sales Director/ Team

Possessing excellent PC skills, utilising our bespoke telesales module to log and record detail of outbound calls and call-backs
Ability to work independently
Must have commitment to quality and accuracy, with excellent customer service skills
Experience & Key Performance Indicators
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer facing retail / telemarketing / telesales role
Expectation of a minimum of 1 sales appointment per day.
Commission scheme for achieving targets (appointment setting, additional bonus for clients booking work)
Holiday entitlement 20 days, plus 1 day per year of service up to 25 days max, pro rata for part-time hours
Company pension scheme – 3% after 3-month probation period
