The Finance Assistant will be at the heart of our growth strategy – you will manage the vital day to day as we grow at lightning speed. We are looking for a hands-on individual with excellent financial knowledge to take ownership of our bookkeeping and reconciliation process. You will need to be a self starter, proactive, curious and constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve processes.As a finance assistant, you’ll be involved in managing sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, processing expense claims, filing and maintaining records, maintaining the fixed asset register and assisting with the month end close process. Our expectations are that work will be done perfectly and on time. The role would involve carrying out the tasks for the parent company based in London as well as for its US and other subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone who is at an early stage in their accounts career or possibly someone returning to work. On-the-job training will be provided as part of the induction to familiarise you with relevant systems.


  • Strong understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping
  • 1-2 years work experience in similar position
  • Working towards professional qualification in accountancy or bookkeeping from accredited institutions like AAT, IAB or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experienced NetSuite user (minimum one year). Please do not apply if you have not used NetSuite previously.
  • An organised, methodical and proactive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadline
