We’re recruiting a Head of Engagement, Communications & Digital for a highly respected charity entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead an integrated engagement, communications and digital function — combining strategy with hands-on delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading digital transformation, including platform and CRM integration (Salesforce)
• Developing a digital platform and online community to engage key audiences
• Driving brand, marketing and engagement strategy
• Designing user journeys to improve acquisition, engagement and retention
• Leading multi-channel campaigns and content
• Using data and insight to optimise performance
• Managing and developing a small team
This is a varied, high-impact role in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
About You
• Senior experience in marketing, communications, digital or engagement
• Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel strategies
• Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems and user journeys
• Ideally, experience building online communities or engagement platforms
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, and motivated by meaningful work.
