Overview of the role
Our ability to attract and mobilise talent is fundamental for our growth plans, therefore, we are looking to recruit a market leading resource specialist to lead on our resourcing capabilities. We’ve built a market leading network of permanent and associate consultants and now need to formulate how we best engage and manage that network as well as developing an effective engagement model to ensure our associates feel fully integrated in the Smartco team. You will oversee a small, highly experienced resource management team and be responsible for all elements of our resourcing and recruitment activity as well as supporting a range of client initiatives.
