An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to join a leading law firm as their Head of Resourcing. In this role you will be a core part of the team, report to the HR Director and oversee two direct reports. The Resourcing function is responsible for all recruitment activity including:

Graduate Recruitment – year long, social media driven, cyclical campaign to source trainees and fuel the firm's talent pipeline at entry level
Apprenticeship Recruitment
Business Support Services hires (BSS)
Routine "BAU" lateral recruitment – typically budgeted and "leaver replacement" focused
Opportunistic lateral recruitment – typically unbudgeted and "bridges gaps"
Strategic Partner level and team acquisitions
Supporting Strategy Board (SB) with bolt on and merger projects
The function collectively:

Owns recruitment agency relationships and monitors performance
Aims to source candidates directly and reduce reliance on recruitment agency introductions
Contributes to positive employer brand within the market place
Ensures positive candidate experience at all touchpoints in the recruitment process
Implements all aspects of the firm's EDI initiatives into recruitment practices
Embeds the firm's ACTS framework in all recruitment activity
Delivers ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the wider HR team and other projects across the wider HR team, particularly in relation to EDI and engagement. 
The successful applicant will be a Fellow or Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent specific recruitment qualification, or equivalent experience. You will have experience of direct sourcing and agency management and previous experience of working at a senior level in a complex organisation. You will have proven capabilities as a manager, with a proactive, flexible and inclusive style, and a strong sense of commerciality with the ability to strike an appropriate balance between the needs of the firm and the needs of individuals.
