HR Officer (Self Employed, 12-15 hours a week, £15 per hour)

The HR Officer provides administrative HR support to the teams Business Partner and Business Director to make sure that proactive and strategic HR support can be delivered to Manor Resources clients. The HR Officer knows the HR structure of all Manor Resources clients and can answer functional queries for all clients.

Success Criteria / Outcomes:

  • All documents created with correct formatting
  • All documents created without spelling or grammatical errors
  • All documents created with correct information
  • Client requests answered and responded to within 36 hours
  • Client file versions stored for all parties to easily find

 

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Policy and procedure amendments, proofreading and creation.
  • Template creation and adoption.
  • Maintenance of client records (sickness, holiday, absences)
  • Point of contact for clients’ administrative staff for issuing paperwork and maintaining records
  • Regular reviews of documents
  • Takes responsibility for the Lunch and Learn / workshop / cross-client training schedule
  • Management of the HR general inbox and escalate client account questions to the Business Manager
  • Manage and inform team on the HR Calendar in advance to allow for strategic planning
  • Maintain shared drive and Trello boards
  • Supporting with the paperwork trail across the entire HR lifecycle
  • Constant attention on HR compliancy

Functional Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in HR
  • Experienced with use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Trello
  • Experience with HR tools (Charlie HR)
  • Experience with spotting patterns in data and behaviours

Work pattern and hours:

12-15 hours a week
Up to around 60 hours a month
Flexible hours, remote working, self-employed with a view to creating an employed role.
Pay: £15 an hour
