Our client provides business consultancy to support ambitious tech companies. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to secure appointments. This is a varied role working with an existing client who deals in security hardware & software that tackles fraud in retail, banking and transport. Must have previous experience of successfully working to targets, ideally in the tech, retail, banking or logistics sectors.

Based in Oxford, they help their clients to focus on new opportunities, understand their strategic vision and develop sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to secure appointments for a long term client in the technology sector, securing appointments with companies in retail, logistics, and banking amongst others.
This is a varied role working with an existing client who deals in security hardware & software that tackles fraud in retail, banking and transport. You’ll be booking appointments with the right stakeholder within businesses.
Role responsibilities will include:
Calling into prospect organisations to verify the correct decision maker using existing lists.
Reaching out to the decision maker and engaging them in conversation, building rapport and introducing the product.
Supporting with the sending of further information as required.
Securing introductory online meetings with the decision maker in order for the sales team to undertake the product demonstration.
Gaining information and intelligence about the existing systems used by prospect organisations and their future plans.
Building out sources of usable data through desktop research to identify suitable target organisations and the correct person to be talking to.
Documenting all contact and data gathered in an online CRM system.
Reporting on activity rates, conversations, meetings booked etc.
Must have previous experience of successfully working to targets, ideally in the tech and / or retail sector.
Competent with general IT skills such as email, excel and word.
Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn and other sites for research purposes.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
High levels of self-motivation required, confidence to call people from a cold list, build a rapport and to be able to articulate a technology product quickly.
Circa 17 hours per week. Ideally these will be spread across a few days per week to ensure communications with the clients are managed.
Hours can be worked flexibly so long as they worked within business hours.
This is an initial 6-month requirement with the possibility it may be extended (dependent on business and performance).
Salary £12.50 per hour, depending on experience, on an interim contract through Ten2Two.
Telephony solution will be provided.
Laptop can be provided or can use own.
The role is fully remote but there will be the requirement to attend the office in Oxford for monthly meetings with the Director.
