If you have great listening skills, are comfortable contacting businesses and have previous experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning business in a very consultative role. Working in the care sector, this fast growing insurance provider is looking for one or more Lead Generation Executives.
The company believe in working in a consultative way with clients. They undertake thorough research before making any approach to a client and approach each call with care and in a nurturing way. This is not a call centre environment. Core responsibilities include:
Responsible for prospecting and generating new insurance sales leads, to pass to the New Business.
Create quote appointments and exceed daily telephone targets.
Manage own prospects and develop quality sales appointments.
Investigate and research prospects, identify key decision makers and the business profile.
Obtain and confirm prospects renewal dates.
Continuous and accurate updating of all actions in the database.
Ad-hoc project support.
Follow TCF principles and apply the FCA’s 6 key outcomes to your role.
Attend New Business team meetings.
Demonstrable an ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
Proven track record of strong client relationships.
Good interpersonal skills.
Articulate with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
Capable of working on own initiative and managing own workload effectively
Able to work co-operatively with other teams.
Demonstrate resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent negotiation skills
Competent with Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook.
Salary and benefits
Up to £26,000 per annum for full time hours (pro-rated for part-time hours) plus commission (OTE £30k +). Salary dependent on experience.
28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year Rising to 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) after two years’ service.

Hours and Location
Office based in Hove.
Min 24 hours per week. Ideally working pattern would be 3 full days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) or the hours spread more evenly across the week.
