We're looking for a highly motivated marketing and business growth manager to join this award winning, B-Corp creative production agency in Bristol. Your focus will be to increase incoming leads and build business from new and existing clients through a combination of both marketing and business development.

Our client is an award-winning, B Corp certified, creative production agency based in Bristol. They specialise in purpose driven content for green tech, higher education, and charities including British Council, Science Council, Viva!, Forestry England, and UWE Bristol. They combine a passion for marketing strategy with storytelling to deliver exceptional results for their clients. The Role
-Informing and implementing the marketing and growth plan.
-Building customer personas, understanding client requirements and nurturing relationships.
-Proactive engagement through our social media channels and marketing activities.
-Negotiation with new clients to offer up the most creative solution for their particular needs.
-Work with the internal team to scope projects, including video concepts, timelines, and budgets.
-Deliver proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
-Nurturing current client relationships and identifying new opportunities to support them.
-Building a robust pipeline of opportunities and engaging with target opportunities.
-Meeting annual new business revenue targets.
-Negotiating project terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and company.
-Growing the organisation by generating value through thought leadership and events.
-Reporting to the MD on the source of new leads and conversions
-Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients.

Personal Specification
We are seeking Marketing and Growth Manager who is based near Bristol, has a driving licence, Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 year's relevant experience in a similar role. In addition:

-Marketing experience across all digital media.
-Passion for AI trends and how it facilitates marketing
-Experience in business development within a video or digital agency, sourcing quality leads and tenacity for closing sales.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willing to attend face to face networking.
-Creativity so that you can work with the client and team on innovative ideas and treatments
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Proficiency in establishing communication channels, conducting market research, emailing and meeting clients face to face.
-Understanding of video production processes and techniques
-Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot) and software for lead tracking and reporting.
-Ability to attend weekly meetings in Bristol at client sites and networking events. Monthly travel to client sites in London.

-£30k-£40k FTE* (dependent on experience). Commission structure available.
-Min 20 hours per week, hours to be worked across 4 or 5 days.
-Hybrid working, typically 50/50.
-The company have space in a central Bristol sustainability-focused co-working office.
