They are currently seeking an ambitious, Marketing Campaign Manager to join their UK team.

Your Role

Project management and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns including paid search, paid social, and nurture email sequences, with the goal to generate SQLs
Support with the campaign requirements for promoting webinars and downloaded content such as eBooks and "how to" guides, with the goal to generate IQLs (Information Qualified Leads) & MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
Analysis of the campaigns to understand where they can be optimised and improved
Design campaigns that consider the top, middle and bottom stages of the buyer funnel

The Candidate

You will:

Have 4/5+ years in a B2B marketing role
Be sufficient in using HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics (or relevant equivalents)
Confident with creating emails, landing pages and campaign assets including simple images and animations
Experience with using LinkedIn Ads & Facebook Ads
Have an excellent understanding of the buyer journey and how inbound and outbound marketing can support this
Be a marketing thought-leader and lead the way on best practice for campaign planning and execution including A/B testing
Have a data driven mindset – understand which marketing metrics are the drivers for the business and make data intelligent decisions on how to optimise and improve all campaign assets
Be a team player – willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to support wide sales and marketing requirements
Have a growth mindset: they’re growing fast, and you’ll be expected to offer ideas, make a tangible difference, and drive your own development

Salary C£45k fte* + Stock Options – Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Hours – min 3 days per week of which one must be Weds (Anchor day in office)
Benefits include a holiday allowance of 24 days plus bank holidays (pro rata for hours worked), statutory pension and healthcare.

*full time equivalent – actual salary will depend on hours worked.
