Job Title: Marketing Manager (Learning & Memberships)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Job Purpose
Based in London on a hybrid working pattern (5 days per week, with at least 2 days in the office), the Marketing Manager (Learning & Memberships) for AllBright + everywoman (everywoman Ltd). The role is responsible for marketing the company’s Learning & Development portfolio (e.g., training courses, leadership development programmes) and for driving individual and corporate membership growth and engagement.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the CRM & Data Insights Manager, Social Media & Content Manager, Design team, and external Paid Social Media agency to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive results.

Outline of Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote AllBright + everywoman’s learning and development products (e.g., courses, training programmes, leadership initiatives) and membership offerings (individual and corporate)
• Drive lead generation and conversion for both membership subscriptions and training programme enrolments, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospects through the marketing funnel
• Increase engagement and retention among existing members by delivering compelling content, communications, and community initiatives that enhance member value and loyalty
• Drive member attendance at in-house member events (eg: dinners, talks, roundtables)
• Leverage the full marketing mix – including CRM/email marketing, digital content, paid advertising (PPC, social ads), social media, partnerships, public relations (PR), and events – to maximise brand reach and customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with the CRM & Data Insights Manager to utilise segmentation, automation, and campaign data to inform and optimise performance
• Partner with the Social Media & Content Manager and Design team to ensure the creation of impactful, on-brand campaign assets across digital channels
• Manage the relationship with the external Paid Social Media agency to plan, execute, and evaluate high-performing paid campaigns across relevant platforms
• Work closely with key stakeholders across Content, Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging and execution
• Create and oversee the development of marketing content and collateral (e.g., email campaigns, landing pages, brochures) that effectively communicate the value of our memberships and learning programmes
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, membership growth, and training uptake, using key KPIs and analytics to derive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support and participate in important events (both in-person and virtual) throughout the year as required, serving as a brand ambassador and ensuring effective promotion and member engagement at these events

General Responsibilities:
• Undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by management

• Ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors

Person Specification
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and lead generation
• Proven experience in membership marketing and community engagement, driving growth in subscription-based or membership products
• Experience in marketing learning and development or training programmes (such as courses, workshops, leadership development initiatives) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (particularly Salesforce and Dot Digital) and the ability to leverage them for campaign management and customer segmentation
• Ideally, experience gained in a leadership training association, membership organisation, or a similar environment focused on professional development
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with great attention to detail in proofreading and ensuring high-quality marketing materials
• Analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable evaluating marketing metrics, A/B test results, and ROI to optimise campaign performance
• Highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• A positive, proactive individual who can make decisions under pressure and work well cross-functionally, collaborating openly with various teams
