Overview of the role

 Working closely with the leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for renewing service definitions and incorporating new, technical content to our web and sales collateral. You will support the development of client case studies as well as designing and managing improved content development through our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the executive team, to set the marketing strategy for the business
  • Working as a key part of our team to guide creative, technical and brand direction to meet objectives for all public facing communication
  • Raising brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns, case studies and social media
  • Managing content and updates for customers and associates, participating in events and networking opportunities
  • Seeking new opportunities for SmartCo to succeed in the marketplace, keeping an eye on competition and making sure the business is at the forefront of the industry
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring the budget spend is delivering a return on investment

Skills & Characteristics

  • Experienced in developing external facing content for technology consulting / professional services businesses
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Cloud technology and project delivery structures
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • A team player with a commitment to personal and professional development
  • High levels of honesty and integrity

Work Schedule

  • Full or Part Time flexible working
  • Remote role with access to the London office: 10 York Road, London SE1 7ND
