Context
Pixl8 has a team of over 50 specialists in digital development, design, marketing strategy and project management. We are passionate about our work and looking for an experienced digital marketer with expertise in creating and managing B2B campaigns to tell our story.
You will be joining a growing content team with ambitions to showcase Pixl8s products and services across new formats and channels. Building on our blogs, whitepapers and emails our marketing content will expand in new, captivating and innovative ways.
Data-driven strategic B2B campaigns aimed at current and prospective clients will be at the heart of this. Your results-driven, analytical approach and knowledge of data will drive us and your career to the next level.
This role and salary is offered on the basis of 4 Days ( Circa 32 hours) with flexibility on days worked. Salary £30,000
At the moment we are entirely remote, we would expect that to continue and when normality returns it should be assumed you would be visiting the office no more than twice per week unless related to specific activities you’ve planned.
What you’ll be doing
As Marketing manager you will be key to planning and delivering strategic B2B campaigns to inform existing and prospective clients about Pixl8. This will include consistent and intelligent marketing monitoring, data analysis and manipulation, content, digital advertising and liaison with third-party contacts.
You will be working with a part-time Senior Marketing Strategist and will work closely with the Senior Producer and Content Producer and the Sales teams. You will also liaise with the wider team including design and project managers as well as external agencies and partners.
As the role progresses we see the Marketing Manager being able to make informed recommendations, design as well as deliver campaign plans and identify new opportunities.
You will be trained and supported in the role so that your skillset and understanding of the agency and client sectors is further enhanced.

Salary £37,500 FTE (£30,000 for hours equivalent of 4 days p/w) entirely flexible based in Clapham SW London, fully remote at present and likely to be largely remote going forward.
