A great opportunity to join a leading European crossover fund that has investments globally with team members based in London, Paris and Malta. We have a close-knit team that is collaborative and thrives on enjoying our work together. The position is 25 hrs a week spread over 5 days, hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH, the office is based in Mayfair. (Ideal hours 9:30am – 2:30pm)

The applicant must be a proactive individual with a lively and enthusiastic manner. This position requires someone with high levels of organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Diary management for CEO
• Overseeing boardroom and kitchen tidiness/stocked
• Answering phones and setting up zoom calls
• CEO personal assistant
• Keeping the sickness and holiday records for staff
• Arranging couriers
• Checking and entering invoices into banking system
• Managing the post
• Ordering office supplies
• Assisting with new starters
• Organizing office off site activities, events
• Key contact for IT and phone issues
• Office Credit Card expenses
• Organizing travel
• Employee expenses

Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in an asset management environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly adaptable and flexible in approach

Remuneration
• Salary: £35,000 FTE, plus benefits Nest pension and private health care
• Holiday: 25days FTE, plus bank holidays
