The Freehold Collective (TFC) is a specialist consultancy that helps leaseholders across the UK take control of their homes by securing the freehold of their buildings. With over 16 years’ experience and a highly regarded team, TFC delivers expert guidance and stress-free project management to ensure a smooth and successful freehold acquisition process.
We’re growing and are looking for an organised, personable and proactive Account/Project Manager to support clients through their journey, from early enquiries through to successful completion. This is a brilliant opportunity to build commercial and client management experience within a genuinely flexible working structure.
You will manage a portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring excellent communication, smooth coordination, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include:
Client Management
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients — responsive, positive and proactive
Translate professional advice (from solicitors, surveyors etc.) into clear, understandable updates
Build trust and ensure clients feel supported throughout the process
Proactively secure a minimum of 3 positive client reviews each month (4★ or 5★)
Project Coordination
Own the smooth delivery of assigned project tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain up-to-date records in Asana and internal systems
Manage communication and expectations around deadlines and progress
Support intake of new leads and assess whether opportunities are viable
Collaboration & Accountability
Stay aligned with the wider Account Management team and flag if extra support is needed
Provide structured handovers before any planned time off
Uphold TFC’s reputation for professionalism and high-quality service
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in project coordination, client service or administrative support
Love organising workflow and managing multiple moving parts
Communicate clearly and confidently (written + spoken)
Are proactive and enjoy taking responsibility for outcomes
Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (Asana experience a bonus)
Have a strong track record of remote working and self-management
Are commercially aware and keen to develop business understanding
Industry experience isn’t essential, training and guidance will be provided.
Work fully remotely — autonomy and genuine flexibility
15–20 hours a week to fit around your life and other commitments
Competitive pay: ~£20 per hour + performance bonuses
Supportive team environment with mentorship and learning opportunities
A role with meaningful impact — helping homeowners take control of their future
Freelance / Contractor position
Must provide your own equipment and manage your own tax/NIC
Some core availability required for team and client communications
If you’re confident communicating with clients, love keeping projects organised, and want a flexible role with ownership and progression, we’d love to hear from you!
