Our Client
Our client is the first and currently the only private medical facility in Berkhamsted. Their medical services are continuing to expand to accommodate the growing demands from an ever growing catchments areas in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Their expansion has been mostly through word of mouth as our satisfied clients continue to recommend us to friends and family.
The Role
This exciting, brand new position will be responsible for working closely with the practice owner to develop and deliver a business development strategy for the practice, focussing on the engagement of medical professionals to utilise the space to offer their specialism and also targeting the consumer market.
The Candidate
The role requires and ambitious and experienced business development or commercial candidate, able to establish connections and build relationships through the local and medical community.

The Terms
This new role is being offered on highly flexible terms, with an expected requirement of 20 hours per week, to be worked from the Berkhamsted site and remotely across a pattern that suits the candidate and meets the needs of the role. A salary of £40-45K FTE is available for the right candidate. Initially based on a 12-month contract, this role has the possibility of becoming a permanent position, steering a growing brand.
