About the Role

The Nurture Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant / Admin Support to assist with various projects and key meetings at the C-suite level. This role is initially a 3-month contract to test this flexi working model, with the aim to become permanent if the candidate is a good fit.

This is a part time (approx. 25hrs per week, spread over 5 days), hybrid role with approximately 3-4 days per week in our Windlesham office, with flexibility on working hours (e.g., school-run friendly hours from 9:30am to 2:30pm).

The role involves supporting our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with critical administrative and project-related tasks, due diligence activities, document management, capturing actions and decisions at the weekly ELT meeting, chasing progress on existing actions, as well as some diary and inbox management for the CFO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

    • Capture actions and decisions at the weekly ELT meetings, and chase up actions with ELT members
    • Provide admin support to the CEO, CFO, and wider ELT as required.
    • Help create and format documents and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Support meeting coordination and follow-ups.

Document Management & Due Diligence Support

    • Collate, organise, and maintain key documents on any due diligence projects
    • Build and manage a data room for due diligence purposes.
    • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, including the board, ELT and occasionally external advisors, as relevant
  • Ensure clear communication and timely information sharing.

Potential for permanent position

  •  If the fit is right, the role will evolve into a more permanent flexi-working executive assistant role supporting the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organised – Can manage multiple tasks, structure information, and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Strong administrator – Excellent attention to detail and comfortable handling high volumes of documents.
  • Tech-savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong stakeholder management – Great interpersonal people skills and experience in dealing with C-suite executives and board members.
  • Experienced in project administration – Ideally has worked in a EA, PA or PMO role, supporting senior executives and key strategic initiatives
