The Role:
Our client is seeking a part-time Financial Controller to join their dynamic team in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and VAT returns
● Manage working capital and treasury
● Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
● Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
● Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making
● Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial efficiency and controls around spend.

● Experience in a similar financial role, preferably in a scale-up or SME environment.
● Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
● Enthusiastic about being part of a growing, innovative company.
● Experience of working with Xero or other accounting systems, proficiency with Excel
● Accounting qualification preferable
