Our client is a technology service provider that delivers IT Services that puts the user at the heart of everything they design, deliver, and install through their unique end-to-end approach.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop the marketing function for their future growth.
This role will create a marketing strategy aligned to the sales and overall business plan using different mediums and harnessing digital and social marketing platforms. This includes outreach plans to increase sales and awareness of the brand and unique process our client uses. Responsibilities include:
Delivering creative marketing campaigns and press initiatives working closely with the Customer Experience Director and Head of Customer Success, Senior Leadership Team and external agencies
Manage external agencies with support from Customer Experience Director, ensuring they are delivering on KPIs and presenting creative ideas for developing brand awareness
Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives calculating potential ROI against budget
Develop key partners and innovative collaborations for the business in order to acquire new audiences and drive engagement.
Manage and oversee the digital strategy working with the Senior Leadership Team including social media and targeting pro-active database development
Oversee and review all online aspects of the brands from websites, to 3rd party partners’ listings online and offline
Work closely with Customer Success and Customer Experience to define marketing activity to support sales strategy per vertical.
Develop and execute the marketing strategy and plans for existing Products & Services.
Serve as a partner to Customer Success for new Service or Product development in determining the viability of potential markets before the design of the service or product.
Work with relevant function teams to manage new product development.
Design and manage campaigns per vertical, providing stats as evidence of outcomes.
You’ll be an experienced marketer who loves both planning and doing. In particular, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
Strong communication and analytical skills combined with creative sensibilities
Great attention to detail
Experience with managing PR and external agencies.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
CRM & CMS experience useful
Organised with a structured approach
Experience of working within the technology sector – preferable, not essential
CIM qualification – preferable, not essential
This role is offered on a part-time, permanent basis seeking c.24 hrs/week(up to 30 hours). The working pattern is flexible and can be agreed with the successful candidate. The role is hybrid with time split between remote working and the company’s offices (ideally 1-2 days per week) in Hemel Hempstead. A salary of up to £45k fte* is available, depending on experience.
