Medical Administrator (20 Hours/Week + 2 Weekends/Month)
Location: Remote (Work from Home).
Training Location: North London (Candidates must be within easy reach for training sessions). You will need to be available for 2-3 days from North London in the first week and then 2-3 times per year thereafter.
This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, along with a minimum of two full weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday). Additional hours may be available depending on workload and business needs.
Salary:
From £15 per hour depending on experience. The role is offered as a contractor/ self-employed basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Tracking and organising appointments
- Liaising with patients and their families
- Handling correspondence including typing clinical and administrative letters and responding to emails
- Ensuring smooth service operations
- Supporting our physiotherapists with their daily administration
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Quick to learn and work with multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Attention to detail is critical, especially when managing a busy email inbox and phone line
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Confidence in customer service for a high-end customer experience
- Flexibility, diligence, and a strong work ethic
- Prior administrative experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Initiative and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Work well with others and be a team player
