Our client is a company with product design at their core. They work with lots of interesting customers including major UK sites, museums, large and some unusual visitor sites as well as major general multiple retailers. They are a small team that values enjoying the job and working together.

The Role

This role is the management of new product development from artists artworks, customer archives and designs. From creating ranges and single product concepts to the development of formats, negotiating with manufacturers to sampling and manufactured products.

This will include category research, brainstorming product ideas and developing both retail products and packaging which will require working closely with the team and manufacturers to bring products to market. Around you are a small, experienced team of graphic designers, clothing designers, supply chain management and logistics people to all help deliver product to deadlines.

The Candidate

Our client is looking for a highly organised person with creativity at their core to successfully manage multiple projects and be a key part the team. Experience in a similar role is ideal.

The Terms

Our client can be flexible in terms of the hours, pattern and location of work. They are ideally looking for someone 25+ hours per week, however will consider anything over 20 hours. The role can be worked hybrid with a regular High Wycombe site-based meeting as a minimum requirement. A salary of c£35K FTE is available, however there may be negotiation available.
