Fantastic opportunity to join our growing restaurant business in this new role as an in-house recruiter on a part-time basis. This role is ideally 2 days per week (has to include Tuesday), but can be flexible around working patterns (2 full days or 3/4 shorter working days).

You will manage the recruitment process from vacancy to offer, working with the hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently and quickly, with great people.
Use tools, systems and programmes to run the recruitment process, creating great content and ensuring candidates have a great, professional experience.
Work on an ongoing basis to elevate our employer brand.
Network and meet people, both within the industry and within our local areas to improve our recruitment and employer brand.
Create content and maintain online systems and platforms for all recruitment activity.
The ideal candidate:
You must be well organised with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including written skills, are essential.
You will be able to self-motivate and work to meet the needs of the business. A confident and naturally warm person is required to build great relationships, both within the existing business and within local areas to attract new candidates and improve the employer brand. You will be ‘The Face Of Fego’ and must be comfortable being a brand ambassador for us as employers.
Good understanding of data management and the need for legal compliance is required.
The role requires some travel across all our restaurant locations so a full UK driving licence plus own car is essential.
