The Role
Our client are looking for a trusted Talent Advisor to join the People Team to manage end to end recruiting to place talented and diverse talent to meet the current and future resourcing needs of the business. This is a stand alone role expected to work closely with stakeholders across the business.

Main Responsibilities
Work with the Head of People and other internal stakeholders to understand and translate business resourcing needs into an effective recruitment delivery strategy
Work closely with internal managers to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner with diverse candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and qualify requirements
Work with internal hiring managers to design job roles to and job adverts
Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and where applicable, recruitment agencies
Proactively sourcing candidates for senior job roles
Advise recruiting manager on appropriate selection and assessment methods
Manage candidate information in accordance with GDPR legislation
Obtain references for mid to senior level roles
Set up and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners
Manage the candidate journey during the entire recruitment lifecycle, aligning it with our clients values
Create a meaningful and positive candidate experience regardless of the outcomes
Streamlining and automating the talent sourcing process
Implementing an ATS
Setting up jobs portal on the website
Defining the candidate journey and application process
Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future recruitment needs
Analyse data and provide metrics to measure the impact of recruitment
Incorporate the company’s DEI objectives in all our recruitment activity, ensuring diverse pipelines of talent are provided for all roles.
Understand the competitive landscape and undertake industry mapping
Lead employer branding initiatives and work alongside the marketing function to manage our employer branding on our website and on sites such as Glassdoor
The Candidate

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
● Loves adding value by delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes
● Proven experience of owning the end-to-end recruitment process
● Experience of junior to senior level hiring
● Excellent network ideally with experience in recruiting one or more of the following areas; digital, social media, broadcast and media and production, creative.
● Digitally savvy with experience using LinkedIn other social media platforms to recruit and attract top talent
● Highly self-motivated and capable of working as a stand-alone player and self-motivated.
● Strong stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
● Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
● Data analysis and analytical skills

The Terms
This is a new role and is being offered on a 30 hour to full time basis with flexibility on location and working pattern (across 5 days ideal). A salary of up to £40K FTE is available for the right candidate.
