We are looking for a Personal Assistant to help and support the CEO and Founder of Clear Thinking Consultancy. This role will be working remotely with a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will need to be confident, proactive and enthusiastic with your approach, and come up with plenty of ideas.

We are a consultancy organisation, set up in 2010, which exclusively supports small, not-for-profit organisations to maximise their impact in their communities and become more financially robust. We wanted to make sure these organisations could access the kind of high-quality support that larger charities often have at their fingertips. So, we bring together associate consultants with different specialisms on a project by project basis so that our clients can benefit from our collective knowledge and experience. With supporting small charitable organisations we aim to help move them towards being more financially sustainable and maximise their impact through helping them understand financial costings and income generation, while delivering and engaging strategic development support.

Location: Remote

Rate: £22 per hour

Role basis: Contract, starting in December – Interviews to be held on 14th December

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Social Media – Checking and replying to Linked In messages and post comments
  • Checking emails, scheduling meetings, diary management
  • Greeting new Linked In connections, and Facebook and Linked In followers for CTC
  • Monthly webstats for my-ampacc.com and clearthinking websites
  • Putting forward content ideas and drafting content for monthly newsletter
  • Inviting and filling seats at monthly training sessions
  • Updating CRM (hubspot) with details on training session attendance and other engagement
  • Upload posts and blogs on website, ongoing edits e.g. About Us and text.
  • CRM updating
  • Contacting closed project clients for testimonials
  • Writing case studies
  • Mail merge
  • Drafting contracts for new clients / starters

Candidate attributes & experience

We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years’ Charity sector experience in an administration or marketing role. You must be organised, proactive with a prompt and transparent way of working. Desirable to the role would be to have a knowledge of or interest in small voluntary sector organisations in becoming sustainable.

Skills

  • Cloud sharing administration: Sharepoint / Onedrive / Dropbox
  • Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Website content management
  • CRM Management – preferably Hubspot or similar
