The Client
Our client is a focused high end Real Estate and Construction Headhunting agency that partner with Client Organisations, Developers & Real Estate Consultancies in the Middle East. Due to a huge increase in work load they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
The role is to understand and implement the full recruitment life cycle, building positive relationships with your clients around the globe.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Director of Executive Search in all aspects of the recruitment process
Daily calls to candidates, and an assessment of their suitability for roles.
Developing an expert knowledge of the real estate market
Managing executive level candidate relationships
Proactive candidate sourcing through head-hunting and networking
Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies
Online search tools to source the passive market
Client relationship and management
The Candidate
Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience
Previous experience of Account Management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Strong administration skills (proficient with Microsoft packages)
Experience and understanding of using LinkedIn and navigating the job boards
Prior experience of working in the Real Estate sector (desirable)
The Terms
This role is to work 25 hours per week, ideally Monday-Thursday. It can be worked on a predominantly remote basis with travel to the Brighton/Hove area a few days per month. It is a permanent position offering a salary of circa £30k FTE plus a generous commission scheme and interesting assignments. This is an exciting and flexible role that will offer the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic real estate projects in the world.
