£30-40K (pro rata) + commission structure

Our client is a highly successful, well-established boutique Recruitment Agency based in North West London. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will include, recruiting for a prestigious and varied portfolio of clients, developing successful client and candidate relationships, sourcing and managing candidate applications, conducting candidate interviews, managing the recruitment process from start to completion and working on a variety of exciting marketing projects.

Key skills:

• A proven track record of successfully achieving targets
• Previous experience in recruitment (professional services ideally but not essential)
• Strong IT skills / experience with CRM’s
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
