Our client roster includes international media groups, tech platforms, creative agencies and online publishers. createselect was founded in 2011 with a focus on service and this ethos still holds strong today.
We are presently searching for a resourcer to work on a part time basis supporting our consultants to find the right candidates to fulfil our clients’ needs across all sectors.
This can be home based with flexible hours.
● Check relevant job boards such as Brand Republic, CV Library, Creative Pool for new
candidates who are in key areas that we recruit for
● Join relevant groups linked in such as competitor recruiters in order to source candidates
● Where requested, carry out initial screening to gauge candidates suitability
● Oversee candidate resourcing process. Make recommendations where necessary
● Support US and UK consultants to search for candidates for live roles via job board and linked in.
● Load up appropriate new CV’s to CRM
● Manage the CRM from a candidate perspective with relevant notes
● Providing leads to consultants on potential new clients if appropriate.
● Other reasonable duties when required.
● Ensure social media marketing posts are up to date
● minimum 12mths recruitment resourcing experience
● knowledge of media/creative sectors a plus
● strong attention to detail

● able to be an ambassador for the business
