Remote Freelance PA and Marketing Manager

1 x Day per week

£25 per hour

This role will be working closely with the owner of a niche wealth planning recruitment agency. The recruitment landscape has changed dramatically over the last few years and is heavily centred on attracting new candidates and clients through Linkedin content and advertising.

Consistency is key and this role is now required to make sure we gain that consistency and that our content across linkedin, our website and job boards is compelling and bespoke to our audience.

For this role, I am really looking for someone with superb writing skills as well as excellent systems knowledge.

The role is fully remote – I am looking for 1 x full day per week. You would need to be set up as a freelancer in order to invoice me.

Responsibilities

PA Support

· Liaise with clients and candidates to organise interviews and phone calls with the MD

Content marketing and advertising

· Ensure marketing strategy is progressing and developing and working towards targets in line with business objectives

· Manage the company and MD’s social media profile

· Help increase the newsletter readership

· Draft adverts and upload onto website and job board

· Draft marketing mailers of anonymous profiles of candidates

· Maintenance of website including uploading blogs and job advert content, copy amendments on the website and making sure the client logos and testimonials are updated

· Email marketing

Qualifications and Experience

· Experience of PA/marketing in a professional environment; recruitment knowledge is a bonus although not essential

· Excellent writing skills, articulate and comfortable with producing client ready documentation

· Highly competent on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

· Confident to pick up the phone to organise meetings

· Proactive and capable of working independently and remotely

· Great interpersonal and collaborative skills, capable of developing business relationships

· Deadline and results driven with a proven ability to prioritise and work with urgency
