Now we’re looking for a Sales & Client Success Representative who blends emotional intelligence with sales energy to help people take the leap into life-changing communication coaching.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the warm, insightful first touchpoint for people exploring our courses – guiding them, inspiring them, and helping them say “yes” to their own growth.

• Lead heartfelt, high-impact discovery calls that turn curiosity into commitment
• Understand clients’ communication challenges and match them to the right pathway
• Convert inbound leads into booked tasters and full courses with confidence and care
• Champion the client experience from first call to celebration moment
• Nurture relationships that naturally lead to repeat courses and referrals
• Reconnect with past clients and open new opportunities through warm outreach
• Spot when someone’s company might benefit — and introduce B2B avenues with ease

What We Offer

✨ £17.50/hour + 3% commission (OTE £60,000–£80,000 pro rata)
