About The Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities to drive usage and growth of our tax efficient childcare payments solution. We want all working parents to benefit from what we do, so this role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in consultative sales, particularly in prospecting and nurturing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for achieving targets organisation, some occasional travel to London is expected.

Key accountabilities assigned to this role (the main areas where you are expected to spend your time): % time

Prospecting & Lead Generation: 30%
– Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
– Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 30%

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building: 30% Time
– Initiate contact with potential clients and build strong relationships to understand their needs and pain points.
– Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to showcase the value of our offering.
– Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Sales Management & Closing: 30% Time
– Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s size and needs.
– Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration & Reporting: 10% Time
– Under guidance from the COO, collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance and prospecting activities for the Leadership Team. 10%
